Corneal pain and light sensitivity diary

How have my eye pain and light sensitivity varied day to day?

← All eye calculators

About this calculator

Record one entry a day for eye pain, light sensitivity and how much symptoms affect screens, reading and driving. The summary shows averages, ranges and missing days, and you can download the diary to bring to your appointment.

What you need

How it is calculated

For each measure, the average and range use only the days on which it was recorded. Missing days are counted between the first and last entry and listed, not filled in.

What the result can and cannot tell you

This is a simple symptom diary, not a validated pain questionnaire. Your diary stays in this browser tab only, so download the diary file to keep it and load it next time to carry on. Missing days are left out rather than counted as zero.
